COVID 19 STRATEGY
According to Government guidelines guests are invited to downLoad the NHS Covid-19 App so they can scan York Place Gallery’s QR code on check-in.
Steps have been taken to ensure guests have not come from a Covid `hot spot’ area.
If guests show Covid symptoms whilst at the property they are asked to inform the owner (tel: 07771752149) go home immediately and self isolate as per Government instructions.
CLEANING
All bed linen is changed after each party of guests and washed using Detol Anti Viral Laundry Cleaner in the final rinse.
All pillows and duvets are changed and `rested’ for at least 72 hours between each set of guests and replaced with fresh pillows and clean quilted pillow protrectors which have also been washed using Detol Anti Viral Laundry Cleaner in the final rinse.
Hard surfaces have been cleaned with an anti-viral solution.
Soft surfaces that can’t be washed have been cleaned with an anti-viral spray.
Windows have been opened and rooms have been aired for at least 4 hours and sprayed with an anti viral spray.
In accordance with Government guidelines guests are asked to place sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases in plastic bags. Towels and mattress covers are washed and dried at York Place so these can be left in the bath.
Anti viral masks and gel is avaiable on the downstairs table Guests are welcome to use these should they have forgotten their own.
Guest are asked to inform me if they show symptoms of Covid 19 within 14 days after leaving their holiday.
